Redirecting URLs is important as this will ensure you don't lose your positions in Google and other search engines when you want to move a page or take one down.

Download Premium Worpdress Themes

Good SEO website have launched their list of preferred Premium Wordpress Themes to download.

All of these themes / templates for Wordpress have been used by the guys at Good SEO for their SEO clients as well as their own websites.

All of these themes are less than $150 and most sit around $70.  Being a premium theme you know it's not full of bad code and you can take out the branding of the developer so you can act as you.

Check out their selection of Premium Wordpress Themes.

It makes sense to use premium themes rather than free ones.  The main benefits are listed on Good SEO's website, check it out.

Wordpress Landing Page Templates

If you wanted to make your life a little easier and purchase some pre-made Wordpress templates for landing pages to sell products online, you can look at a review from Squeeze Pages.

Template Landing Pages for Wordpress

Jason has put together 12 templates for you to use with your Wordpress Website. It's not worth your time doing the design yourself, you better off just getting these and adding your sales spill to it.

All of these will work with your existing Wordpress theme.

Also, you can take a look at some offers with regard to some cheap Wordpress website hosting.

Wordpress Designer and Developer

If you are in Australia and would like to deal with a reputable Web Design Company who specialises in Wordpress Design and Development you can take a look at

Wordpress Designer

You can choose to have Wordpress Designer design a custom theme for your website, or choose one of the Premium Wordpress Themes available to purchase, and then have them install and set it up for you.

We all know that installing Wordpress and setting up a theme can be easy, but it's all the fine details that need to be done that take time and expertise.

If you need any extended functionality to a template Wordpress Designer can do it for you.

This web design company has a team of Australian web developers and designers who live in Australia. So you are dealing with a human and not a website nor a mediator behind an outsourcing company.

In addition, if you require website hosting, a selection of Australian web hosting companies is available to choose from through their website.

Naturally, if you require some additional widgets developed, you can have them done through this Wordpress Development Company (yes, in Australia - so you know it's of high quality and using web standards).

Premium Wordpress Themes and Templates

When you're building your website, it's hard to decide between a good Wordpress theme and a bad one until you've installed it and gave it a go.

There are so many themes to download for free or to buy. I personally don't use free templates, they are too much trouble in most cases.  And you have to filter through a lot of them to get anything original.

Here are some of the issues with Free Templates:

• Don't have good code
• use old technology
• aren't SEO friendly
• have links in them that you can't get rid of
• potential spyware
• Have limits on what you can edit
• aren't compatible with latest versions of Wordpress
• menus don't work properly

That's not to say that there aren't good free templates/themes out there, the only thing you need to be aware is that you need to check the code and ensure that it is actually free, and not have strings attached to it.  Some companies release free templates, so you can download them, install them, and then they have an additional link from your website to theirs, this is great for SEO and link backs but you are stuck with some company's link on your website that you are not allowed to remove.
